Do you sell authentic, brand-new products?
Yes. We are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All products are new, sourced directly from the manufacturer, and include full brand packaging.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. If you didn’t receive them, please check your spam. If you are still having trouble, contact us and we’ll resend the link.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day.
Domestic orders will take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location in the United States and the shipping service selected.
International orders can take 2-5 business days, depending on the receiving country and its customs process. We will make every effort to make it as smooth and easy as possible.
SHIPPING
How do you ship domestically?
We offer free shipping within the US and Puerto Rico via UPS Ground. Orders are processed within 1 business day and all packages are insured against theft or loss. High ticket items will require signature unless refused by the client. Expedited shipping is available via UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air. Certain items might require and additional handling time.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout.
Do you offer International shipping?
Sure thing. Our preferred carrier is DHL Express but at times we might choose UPS. Please refer to theShippingpage for more information.
Will my package require a signature?
High-value orders ship with signature confirmation. If you prefer to waive this, we can arrange it; however, delivery risk transfers to the recipient.
RETURNS
What is your return window?
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and include all original packaging. Domestic returns won't exceed $20.
Do you accept international returns?

Are sale items final sale?
Items discounted 40% or more are final sale. They may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
